Attorney Daniel McAuliffe of Denver, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Daniel C. McAuliffe with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to respond to opposing party motion for award of attorney fees against Danny and his client
• When court granted the motion for fees, Danny lied that he had not received notice of the filing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Danny practices at 9351 East 5^th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
