Judge Carroll Kelly of Miami; lying scammer

The State of Florida provided Carroll Kelly with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission has charged Carroll with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Personally, participated in filing television show “Protection Court” using actual litigants appearing in domestic violence division of the Miami-Dade County Circuit Court over which she presided
• Lent the prestige of her judicial office to advance her private interests or that of others
• Litigants appearing before Carroll were asked to execute an Appearance Release to acknowledge their consent to appear in Protection Court
• Made misleading statements indicating she had obtained assurances that her proposed involving in “Protection Court” would not violate any canon of the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Misrepresented [lied] her authority to halt the production of "Protection Court" when you appeared before the Investigative Panel of the Judicial Qualifications Commission (Up yours, said Carroll!)
• Specifically lied to ethics investigators that she had “final approval of anything” and “editorial influence and control” over Protection Court

Al that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Carroll by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Carroll continues to sit as an Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court judge in Miami, Florida.
