Attorney Lance Marshall of State College, PA; misogynist
The state of Pennsylvania provided Lance T. Marshall with a law license in 1995.
In the past, Lance was employed as a Centre County Assistant District Attorney. During his time as an assistant DA, Lance and the County were sued by a woman involved in a domestic abuse incident. She alleged that Lance sent her more than 250 explicit text messages and voice mails in 2008. The lawsuit also claimed that Lance intercepted her phone conversations and solicited sex for court favors.
Eventually the lawsuit was settled but the terms in regards to Lance were not made public.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Lance practices law at 209 East Beaver Avenue in State College, Pennsylvania.
I would suggest that if ya live in the State College area that you might want to avoid employing the services of Lance Marshall if you’re a woman and the victim of domestic abuse. On the other hand, if you’re an experienced spousal abuser, Lance might be a wise choice!
