Attorney Edmar Amaya of Miami, FL; ethical troll

The state of Florida presented Edmar Mauricio Amaya with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Edmar guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a sexual relationship with a client
• Failed to communicate the substitution of counsel after recognizing he could no longer represent his client in the dissolution proceeding

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Edmar by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2021) Edmar practices with Edam Law PLLC at 175 SW 7^th Street in Miami, Florida.
