Attorney Kunal Sejpal of Tampa, FL; idiotic slacker

The state of Florida presented Kunal Manhar Sejpal with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Kunal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to reasonably communicate with his client about how he was going to purse the client’s objectives
• Made numerous misrepresentations [lies] to client regarding status of his case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kunal by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,029.97.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Kunal practices with the Sejpal Law Firm PA at 14039 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, Florida.
