Solicitor Eoin Lysaght of Dublin, Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Eoin Joseph Lysaght with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Eoin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide details of the reasons for the nonprogress of his client’s personal injury case to his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Eoin by gifting him with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of  €1,00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Eoin practices at 42 Tonlegee Road, Coolock in Dublin, Ireland.
