The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Gerry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
  • Represented both the vendor and purchaser in sale of newly built residential until

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary advisement.

 

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Gerard practices with Connellan Solicitors, 3 Church Street in Longford, Ireland.
