Attorney Patricia Dudek of Farmington Hills, MI; cheating loser

The state of Michigan presented Patricia Kefalas Dudek with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Michigan State University School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #108 found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Negligently failed to ensure that appropriate contributions were being made to her employees’ retirement accounts
• Misused her IOLTA account
• Failed to timely reimburse a client who had prepaid attorney fees in a social security disability matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to timely refund an unearned fee (cheater)
• Collected a fee that exceeded the fee specified in the fee agreement approved by the Social Security Administration
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license and she was assessed $3,238.99 in costs.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Patty practices with Patricia E. Kefalas Dudek & Associates at 30445 Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
