Attorney Daniel Marchese of Rochester, MI; convicted criminal

The state of Michigan presented Daniel Joseph Marchese with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

FYI: The University Detroit Mercy is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #161 found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving violation of a criminal law where such conduct reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honest, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer
  • Failed to comply with the terms of his contractual probation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Danny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.michigan-lawoffice.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Danny practices with The Marchese Law Firm at 929 West University Drive in Rochester, Michigan.
