Judge Eric Moye of Dallas; pompous and biased

 

The state of Texas presented Eric V. Moye with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law. 

 

A 2019 survey of 353 Dallas area attorneys as to the lack of attributes that qualify Judge Moye to remain on the bench are as follows.

  • 64%: Failed to demonstrate proper demeanor and judicial temperament (pompous)
  • 39%: Did not approve of his overall performance
  • 35%: He is not impartial (biased)

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Eric continues to sit as 14th Judicial District Court in Dallas, Texas.
