Judge Kim Cooks of Dallas; moronic slacker

The state of Texas presented Kim Cooks with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law. 

FYI: Texas Southern is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

A 2019 survey of 292 Dallas area attorneys as to the lack of attributes that qualify Judge Cooks to remain on the bench are as follows.

• 60%: She fails to demonstrate proper demeanor and judicial temperament (arrogant)
• 55%: She lacks knowledge of the law (moron)
• 54%: Did not approve of her overall performance
• 54%: She is not impartial (biased)
• 40%: She is not prepared for trials (slacker)

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Etta continues to sit as a County Court at Law Judge in Dallas, Texas.
