Attorney Regina Taylor of Gastonia, NC; slacker, loser

The state of North Carolina presented Regina M. Taylor with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from North Carolina Central University of School of Law.

FYI: North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Regina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf re: two traffic charges
• Failure to appear in court on behalf led to client’s license being suspended and an order for his arrest
• Failed to check court file to see if certain documents were contained therein
• Made no effort to contact her client when she discovered certain documents were not in the file
• Failed to inform client she would not appear at court hearing on his behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Regina fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.attorneyreginataylor.com. Apparently, Regina felt it was in her financial interest to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.
