Attorney James Weeks of Greensboro, NC; ethical goblin

The state of North Carolina presented James B. Weeks with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University of School of Law.

FYI: North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Counseled or assisted your client in fraudulent conduct
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Represented facts that he knew were false but chose to remain silent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Jimmy practices at 232 West Market Street in Greensboro, North Carolina.
