The state of North Carolina presented Eric D. Levine with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.
The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.
Eric’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
Eric’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
Eric’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In the dismissal order, Judge Conrad said: “Plaintiff has failed to prosecute his claims. A twenty-eight (28) months failure to prosecute is inexcusable and dismissal is the appropriate remedy.”

And lastly, as one would suspect, Eric fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.ericlevine-law.com. Apparently, Eric decided it was in his best financial interest to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
