Attorney Charles Lineberry Jr. of Wilmington, NC; slacker, loser

The state of North Carolina presented Charles M. Lineberry Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to prepare/file necessary documents to finalize adoption on client’s behalf
• Relocated his office without notify his client
• Failed to return numerous client phone calls
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Charlie!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020) Charlie practices with The Lineberry Law Firm PC at 4320-B Wrightsville Avenue in Wilmington, North Carolina.
