Attorney Marshall Mason of Durham, NC; pervert, loser

The state of North Carolina presented Marshall Allen Mason III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

FYI: North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Marshall guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Was motivated by a selfish motive
• Victims of misconduct were particularly vulnerable
• Misconduct involved multiple violations of Rules of Professional Conduct
• Misconduct adversely reflected on his honesty, trustworthiness and/or fitness as a lawyer
• By grabbing Ms. Rigg’s buttocks and attempting to kiss her against her will, Marshall engaged in sexual relations with a client in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct
• By grabbing Ms. Adams around the shoulders and touching her breasts against her will, Marshall engaged in sexual relations with a client in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct
• By offering to forgive legal fees owed by Ms. Riggs in exchange for sexual intercourse, Marshall demanded sexual relations with a client incident to the professional relationship in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Marshall by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Marshall practices at 5420 Lake Vista Drive in Durham, North Carolina.
