Attorney Marva McKinnon of Statesville, NC; scofflaw

The state of North Carolina presented Marva L. McKinnon with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Marva guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Marva by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Marva practices at 1835 Davie Avenue in Statesville, North Carolina.
