Attorney George Hagood of Charlotte, NC; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented George Timmerman Hagood with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Assisted nonlawyers in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) George practices with the Law Offices of George T. Hagood in Charlotte, North Carolina.
