Attorney Glenn Gray of Smithfield, NC; ambulance chasing loser

The state of North Carolina presented Glenn E. Gray with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Glenn guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly sent direct mail solicitation to person charged with several traffic violations (ambulance chasing)
  • Direct mail solicitation failed to disclose on the envelope “This is an advertisement for legal services”
  • Direct mailed letter was potentially misleading to the recipient because he may have thought that his DWI case could be handled in a way that Glenn handled less serious traffic offenses
  • Made misleading statement that he could negotiate with the court or the judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Glenn by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Glenn practices at 527 South Brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield, North Carolina.
