Attorney Stephen Huff of Marshall, NC; ethical goblin

The state of North Carolina presented Stephen E. Huff with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Acted as attorney for his father’s estate while simultaneously challenging his will

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Stevie practices at 30 South Main Street in Marshall, North Carolina.
