Attorney Brian Wiggins of Dayton, OH; serial thief

The state of New Jersey presented Brian Wigginis with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Accused of stealing millions of dollars from a number of estates and trusts
• Thefts included an estate that was intended to benefit the St. Judge Children’s Research Hospital
• Spent stolen money on his wife’s breast implants, child support, a house, a boat, a Mercedes and jewelry
• Made ATM withdrawals with stolen money at various casinos in Las Vegas
• Took two women [not his breast implanted spouse) with him to Las Vegas, with one of them being an adult dancer
• Charged with 55 counts that included identity fraud, theft, aggravated theft, grand theft, money laundering, tampering with records and cocaine possession
• Chargeed with stealing at least $2.1 million from two estates, with an indication that the amount is likely much higher
• Stole more than $92,000 from the estate of Emily Kossel and more than $2.5 million from the Ronald L. Lentz revocable living trust

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Brian cops a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll be spending in prison. I’m hopeful that the sentencing judge orders that Brian be placed in Cell No. 88 where he’ll be rooming up with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is known to be one friendly feller.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Brian is awaiting trial unless he decided to plead guilty.
