Attorney Matthew Ginn of Concord, NC; cheating loser

The state of North Carolina presented Matthew F. Ginn with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to return unearned fee (cheater)
  • Retained an excessive fee
  • Failed to promptly return court costs to his client after another attorney had taken care of the matter
  • Failed to promptly deliver property held in trust to your client
  • Failed to appear in court on client’s behalf
  • Failure to appear in court led to client’s driver license being suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Matty practices at 35 Kendale Avenue in Concord, North Carolina.
