Judge Robert Wright of Pikeville, KY; ethical ogre 

The state of Kentucky presented Robert F. Wright with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

• Heard and presided over small claims case wherein the plaintiff sought return of a boat on the same morning the lawsuit was filed
• Held hearing with knowledge that defendant had not been served with a copy of the lawsuit
• Concluded the hearing without the defendant noticed or present by ordering that the boat in question be returned to the plaintiff
• Defendant Angel Watson asked Bobby to recuse himself from the matter because he had previously been represented by Bobby in his capacity as an attorney
• Bobby had previously posted a video to his Facebook page during his election campaign calling Angel Watson a “liar and a thief”
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to perform his judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Failed to accord every person who has a legal interest in a proceeding, or that person’s law, the right to be heard according to law (due process)
• Failed to disqualify himself in the Angel Watson matter when disqualification was mandatory

Apparently, Bobby is of the opinion that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in he a.m.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Bobby continues to sit as a 35^th Judicial Circuit Judge for Pike County in Pikeville, Kentucky.
