Judge Kathryn Schrader of Atlanta, GA; ethical goblin

The state of Georgia presented Kathryn Schrader with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

In one matter, a Gwinnett County grandy jury returned a true bill charging Kathy and her three codefendatns with three counts of computer trespass. Kathy, et al were accused of illegally accessing  the Gwinnett County Justice Center computer network.

As a consequence of the criminal charges and according to the rules of the Judicial Qualifications Commission, it was required to order the immediate suspension of Kathy from the bench.

A jury trial held in February 2020 led to a mistrial after the jury could not come to any agreements on charges facing Kathy. A new trial has been scheduled for April 27, 2018.

All that remains now is to see if and when Kathy will cop a plea to reduce the amount of time she may have to spend in prison.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), it is rumored that Kathy has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 2427 Gresham Road SE in Atlanta, Georgia.
