Attorney Abigail Molina of Springfield, OR; ethical goblin

The State of Oregon presented Abigail D. Molina with a law license in 2017 after she graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Abby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misconduct involved selfish motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to maintain records sufficient to establish receipt, deposit, and disbursement of client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Abby by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Abby.

And lastly, as one would suspect,  Abby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.molinalawgroup.net. Apparently, Abby decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Abby practices with the Molina Law Group LLC at 4660 Main Street in Springfield, Oregon.
