Attorney Dennis J. Harney of St. Louis; ethical outcast

 

 The state of Missouri presented Dennis James Harney with a law license in 2003.

  1. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact and/or failed to disclose a fact necessary to correct a misapprehension known by him to have arisen in a case
  2. Failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from the disciplinary panel
  3. Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, deceit, fraud and/or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Dennis by gifting him with a complimentary two year suspension of his law license.
 
If you’re looking for a lawyer that is willing to lie and engaged in deceit in the St. Louis area, then Denny is your guy. However, if you’r e looking for an honest and competent attorney I’d avoid Dennis at all costs.
