Attorney Nicole Schaefer of Beaverton, OR; moronic loser

The State of Oregon presented Nicole Schaefer with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Nicole guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Made false or misleading statements to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nicole!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved selfish and/or dishonest motive
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to appear at court-scheduled hearings
• Failed to provide notice to court she would not appear for hearings

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Nicole by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As one would suspect,  Nicole fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.crescendolegal.com. Apparently, Nicole decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit her future victim pool.
