Attorney Larry Rothstein of Westlake, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California presented Larry Allen Rothstein with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.   

The California State Bar Court found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Went astray when he did not carefully consider conflict laws
• Failed to perform the simple task of obtaining a conflict waiver
• Violated the sacrosanct relationship between an attorney and his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Larry practices his brand of law with the Law Office of Larry A. Rothstein at 2954 Townsgate Road in Westlake, California.
