Attorney Roberto Arca of the Philippines; scofflaw

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Roberto B. Arca with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligently notarized not just one mortgage for P60,000.00 but another for P200,000.00
  • Undermined the integrity of a notary public
  • Degraded the function of notarization
  • Failed to obey the law (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Bobby  by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license and issued a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Bobby practices in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines.
