Attorney Samuel Salas of the Philippines; moronic slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Samuel M. Salas with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to pursue appeal despite client instructions to so act
  • Engaged in inexcusable neglect
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to provide competent representation to his client (moron)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Client’s appeal dismissed due to Sammy’s failure to file an appellate brief

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and issued a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Sammy practices in Binan Laguna, Philippines.
