Judge Hannibal Patricio of the Philippines; imbecilic loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Hannibal R. Patricio with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Patricio guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in manifest bias and partiality for refusing to execute a judgment which was already final and executory
  • Demonstrated ignorance of the rules by repeatedly refusing to execute the final and executory judgment of conviction against the accused
  • Patricio’s acts unmistakably exhibit gross ignorance of the law (imbecile)
  • Exhibited lack of familiarity with our laws, rules and regulations as to undermine the public confidence in the integrity of the courts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary stern warning and a fine of P21,000.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Hannibal continues to sit as a Regional Trial Court Judge in Iloilo City, Philippines.
