Judge Valentino Nogoy of the Philippines; moronic loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Valentino B. Nogoy with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Nogoy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross inefficiency
  • Grossly ignorant of the law (moron)
  • Engaged in gross misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Judge Nogoy by gifting him with a complimentary Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) fine and a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Valentino continues to sit as a Pampanga Municipal Circuit Trial Court Judge in Pampanga, Philippines.
