Judge Vinci Gozum of the Philippines; imbecile, scofflaw

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Vinci G. Gozum with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Judge Gozum guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in grave misconduct
  • Engaged in gross ignorance of the law (moron)
  • Failed to be faithful to the laws (scofflaw)
  • Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (imbecile)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Judge Gozum by gifting him with a complimentary Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) fine and a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Adiong continues to sit as a Regional Trial Court Judge in Marawi City, Philippines.
