Attorney Randolph Brandelli of Hermosa Beach, CA; ethical elf

The state of California provided Randolph Joseph Brandelli with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Pacific West School of Law.

FYI: The Pacific West School of Law is a 4^th Tier school that is not accredited by the ABA and is in the business of accepting losers that could not gain acceptance at mainstream law schools like U.C. Davis, University of San Francisco, Stanford or USC.

The State Bar Court found Randy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to correct deficiencies in his pleading despite two separate notices from the Court and approximately four months to do so
• Failed to report two judgments against him to the Bar Court as required to do
• Randy’s actions significantly harmed a client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.  

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Randy.
