• Violated numerous mandatory client accounting rules
• Failed to write up its dealings with office money relating to any client matter in the office side of the appropriate client ledger accounts

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Afifa by gifting him with a complimentary fine of £5,000 (US $6,113.84) and ordered to pay costs of £2,000 (US $2,444.92).
