The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Debbie guilty of the following misconduct.

Used her Twitter account, to publicly communicate words that were offensive and wholly inappropriate and expressed hostility towards and/or a hatred of Judaism

In response to a photograph of a woman wearing a niqab, used her Twitter account, to communicate words that were offensive, wholly inappropriate, and/or discriminatory

In response to a photograph of a drag artist/a person of transgender, used her Twitter account, , to communicate words that were offensive, wholly inappropriate and/or discriminatory.

Engaged in serious misconduct
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her solicitor’s license and ordered her to pay costs of £11,000 (US $13,445.08).
