Attorney John Hill of Oklahoma City; cheating loser

The state of Oklahoma provided John Brandon Hill with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise office manager
  • Failed to examine records or bank statements
  • Failed to supervise management of office trust account
  • Permitted a substantial client's check to be endorsed by his staff
  • Commingled client funds with his personal funds
  • Violated fiduciary duty to properly manage client funds entrusted to his care
  • Failed to timely return client funds to which client was entitled
  • Failed to timely refund any advance payment of fees or expenses that had not been earned or incurred (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure and assessed costs of $3,869.94.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Johnny practices at 701 NW 13th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
