Attorney Mary McMillen of Tulsa, OK; cheating slacker

The state of Oklahoma provided Mary Elaine Gillen McMillen with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Mary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Missed appearing on behalf of clients at scheduled court hearings
  • Failed to provide accountings to clients
  • Failed to communicate with his clients
  • Involved in fee disputes with his clients
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the Administration of Justice
  • Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Mary and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.fryelder.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Mary practices with Fry & Felder at 1630 South Main Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
