Attorney Ian Shahan of Tulsa, OK; drunk driving convict

The state of Oklahoma provided Ian Michael Shahan with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Ian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled no contest (guilty in effect) to Driving under the Influence
• Pled no contest (guilty in effect) leaving the scene of collision involving property damage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Ian by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Ian practices at 1705 South Baltimore Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
