Attorney Meagan Brooking of Ada, OK; deceitful moron

The state of Oklahoma provided Meagan E. Brooking with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Meagan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Turned back the date on the Court Clerk's filing stamp to show a pleading was filed on April 15, 2017, when she had, in fact, submitted the pleading for filing on April 19, 2017
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Acted intentionally and with the purpose to deceive the court and the other party when she turned back the court clerk's filing stamp
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Meagan by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Meagan practices at 100 East 13^th Street in Ada, Oklahoma.
