Attorney Mark Clayborne of Oklahoma City; convicted felon

The state of Oklahoma provided Mark Anthony Clayborne with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Found guilty by a jury of one count of subornation of perjury
  • Found guilty by a jury of one count of false preparation of exhibits as evidence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Mark practices at 228 Robert S. Kerr in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
