Attorney Nicholas Cameron of Santa Ana, CA; ethical ogre

The state of California provided Nicholas K. Cameron with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Whittier University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Nick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nate!)
  • Lack of candor while testifying before ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nate!)
  • Failed to maintain appropriate account records for his trust account
  • Exhibited indifference for the consequences of his misconduct
  • Victim of misconduct highly vulnerable
  • Failed to provide his client with an account of the disbursements of a $13 million settlement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Nick practices with the Law Office of Nicholas Cameron & Associates at 920 East Civic Center Drive in Santa Ana, California.
