Attorney Fred Salley of Covington, LA; ethical goblin

The state of Wisconsin provided Fred Salley with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Freddie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Freddie was disciplined by U.S. Magistrate Judge Dana Douglas of New Orleans for interrupting a deposition 145 times and objecting 106 times with lengthy [BS] objections.

Freddie’s obnoxious behavior led Judge Douglas to sanction him in the amount of $1,000.00 along with ordering him to pay the oppositions attorney fees.

All that remains now is to see what if anything the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court do about Freddie’s misconduct.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Freddie practices with Salley & Associates at 77378 Highway 1081 in Covington, Lousiana.
