► Attorney Scott Blauvelt of Hamilton, OH; convicted pervert

The state of Ohio provided Scott Nicholas Blauvelt with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

The Butler County Bar Association found Scottie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: This isn’t Scottie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously criminally charged with walking nude though a government office. The criminal charges included two counts of public indecency. Luckily for Scottie the Perv, the criminal charges were dropped because of a violation of the speedy-trial rules.

In this instance, a state trooper stopped Scottie and found him nude with his pants covering his lap. After engaging with Scottie, the trooper was convinced that he was intoxicated.

Subsequently, Scottie was charged with driving under the influence (DUI). He later pled guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Scottie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
