Attorney Marc Villarreal of Corpus Christi, TX; ethical leprechaun

The state of Texas provided Marc Elliot Villareal with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The 148th District Court of Nueces County found Marc guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deliver funds to parties entitled to receive said funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. He was also ordered to pay $14,000 in attorney fees and costs incurred by ethics investigators.
