Attorney Mitchell Ross of Bayside, NY; ethical elf

The state of New York presented Mitchell S. Ross with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mitch!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Mitch by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
