Attorney Mitchell Drucker of Smithtown, NY; securities cheat
The state of New York presented Mitchell S. Drucker with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Touro University School of Law.
FYI: Touro University is ranked as the 178th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.
The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As one would suspect, Mitch fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.lilawfirm.com. Apparently, Mitch decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
As we speak (ca. June 2020) Mitch practices with the Law Office of Mitchell S. Drucker at 9 Singer Lane in Smithtown, New York.
