Attorney Rochelle Davis of Houston; cheating loser

The state of Texas provided Rochelle Dianne Davis with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the Chicago-Kent School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Rochelle guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
• Failed to keep client informed about the status of the client’s legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to withdraw representation of client when her physical or mental condition materially impaired her fitness to represent her client
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees upon termination (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rochelle by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Rochelle.
