Attorney Anthony Guardino of Brooklyn, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Anthony Vincent Guardino with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Vermont School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Engaged in an impermissible conflict of interest
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain required escrow account bookkeeping records
• in a pattern and practice of misappropriating escrow funds entrusted to him as a fiduciary

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Tony practices at 1649 Sheepshead Bay Road in Brooklyn, New York.
