Attorney Robert Abrams of Denver, CO; potty mouth bigot

The state of Colorado presented Robert Abrams with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel by and through Colorado Supreme Court Judge William Lucero who presided over the ethics trial against Bobby, found him guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which related to his disparaging statements about Judge Phillip Douglass.

• Called Judge Douglass a “gay fat fucking homo”
• Referred to Judge Douglass as “Judge Fatso”
• “I probably remind him of someone who beat him up [when he] was a fat kid and now that he’s a big fat judge he gets even w/ the bullies.”
• “Maybe he just hates Jews, who knows?”
• “I read people very well. My street read on [Judge Douglass] is that he was a chubby little fat guy that was beaten up in high school, picked on constantly.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.abramslaw.net Apparently, Bobby decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
